We based our research on a number of main brands, such as HP, Packard Bell, Dell, Sony, Toshiba and so on. We then calculated measurements that we felt were just marginally larger than a standard laptop design. The 'Tallboy' is so named because it's 2-inches taller than the standard 15-inch satchel to allow for the height of your everyday laptop and ensures it can be contained securely. Rival companies are currently trying to mimic our design for the 'Tallboy' due to it's versatility with many laptop sizes. We've noticed their designs are often flawed due to common errors that can affect the structure and endurance of the satchel. Mirror finish leather has been something that has elluded tanners and leathersmiths for centuries and it's often successfully emulated with bonded leathers or vinyls but never before with real natural leather. The high lacquer finish on Patent leather is the closest anyone has been able to acheive to a near mirror finish using a natural leather base. Most metallic finishes on real leather until now are usually applied with a cracked effect due to the way the leather affects the finish. Using brand new techniques we are very proud to showcase a limited edition mirror finish leather. This particular colour is called Mirror Finish Copper. The actually colour of the leather finish is orange and looks very much like real polished copper pipe. Its vibrant colour blends in superbly with browns, greens, cream and cinnamon based colour schemes.
